I’m Jen Loiodice, the founder of Transact Zen With Jen. I support real estate agents by managing the details, deadlines, and behind-the-scenes coordination that keep transactions moving from contract to close.

With over 8 years of hands-on experience in transaction and listing coordination, I’ve worked inside high-volume teams where precision, follow-through, and timing matter. I know what breaks deals, what slows them down, and what keeps them on track. My role is to step in, take ownership of the process, and remove friction before it ever reaches the client.

Working behind the scenes for a busy real estate team showed me how much mental weight agents carry. Chasing signatures. Tracking deadlines. Following up when responses stall. Fixing issues at the eleventh hour. Transact Zen With Jen was created to take that weight off your plate so you can stay focused on clients, production, and growth.

I’m a mom of three, highly intuitive, and deeply process-driven. I read situations quickly, adapt when things shift, and I’m not afraid to get on the phone and push for real answers when timelines tighten. I handle issues quietly and efficiently so your clients stay confident and your reputation stays intact.

My approach blends structure with emotional intelligence. Every file is managed with intention, organization, and accountability. Real estate works best when transactions are contained, communication is steady, and agents are not carrying the entire load alone.
